    I love Habit Burger Grill and this one is no exception.  This is by far the busiest I have ever been to. We arrived before our family did, so I went in and found the only table available. We sat there and waited about 10 min.  I watched the line, it was consistently out the door.  First time I have ever seen that. When our family arrived we hopped in line and it was quick.  I think the girl helping us was Christine. She was very nice and helpful.  When our buzzer went off and we got our food we realized we were short a Chicken Club Sandwich. We told  the girl setting out the food what happened and that we weren't charged for it. I was thinking we would just forget it because the line  was so long.  As usual great customer service, we were told no problem they would get it right out to us.  It was fast and the food was delicious. We ordered:
    Chicken Club Sandwich
    Tri Tip Steak Sandwich
    Fries
    Sweet Potato Fries
    Tempura Green Beans with Sriracha
    Oreo Milk Shake
    Fountain drink.  
    Everything was cooked perfect, first time having the Chicken club.  It's a winner, I will definitely order that again.
    The reason for giving  four stars, the Bathrooms were nasty.  
    The doors were sticky, floors were gross, and trash cans over full.  No paper towels stocked in either one.
    This location is very busy so I can imagine it's tough keeping up.  But they need a good cleaning, especially the sticky doors.

    One of our favorite places for lunch always fresh , cheap , quick and very yummy .
    We eat here 2-3 days a week and have never had bad service or food .

    This is more than a fast food burger..  this is higher end burgers with other options than drive thru joints.

    The wait can be a little of a downer, and sometimes gets a little disorganized, but it is a very good burger if that's your thing.

    This location has always been pretty good to me. The food is almost always done well and the staff overall is friendly. This is about to take a poor turn for a moment, but stay tuned--- it ends well.

    On this particular night, however, I had a less than stellar experience. I ordered a grilled chicken salad that was undercooked. The chicken was still pink with a tad bit of pinkish blood running from it. I returned it, and the cooking staff got the meat to a safer temperature but put the properly cooked chicken back on the original salad! There is still undercooked chicken juice on my salad! Oh sweet salmonella take me to the bathroom!!! I returned to my seat despondent, mostly trying to figure out who else was open after 9pm on a Tuesday. There was no way I was eating this salad.

    As I pondered what I planned to do next, a supervisor/manager actually noticed that I wasn't eating, and she asked if there was anything wrong. I explained the situation, and she immediately reassured me that she would take care of it. Her name is Shawnique (forgive me if I've misspelled her name). She went above and beyond in making sure that I was okay. I've rarely had any sort of customer service that made me feel as taken care of--- especially in a fast food environment. I cannot sing Shawnique's praises enough. She alone turned a very negative experience into a positive one. The Habit is very lucky to have her.

    We normally love the Habit but this location needs help.  We went at lunch time and there was a lady ahead of us placing a large order.  So the line got longer and longer.  After a good five minutes the manager finally got on a second register and the line started to move.  When we got our order the fries were undercooked and my burger was missing the fried onions I requested.  Not the level of service you expect at an otherwise reliable chain.
